"The quest for my very first CT-Style lobster roll ended here on recommendation from my sister who lives nearby.  

Oh. My.  The roll was:

Buttery 
Toasty (the simple hot-dog bun)
Plump
Lobsterrific

Split a cup of lobster bisque and a twin lobster roll meal with the bf.  Perfect amount of food for a lazy lunch.  Made better by an icy-cold beer and crispy hot french fries. Mmmmmm"
